BURNABY, B.C. – Kiran Singh, a national award-winning investigative and municipal reporter with years of experience in Canadian media, is running for Burnaby City Council in the 2026 General Local Election.
Singh is seeking one of Burnaby’s eight councillor positions as a candidate with the BCA – Burnaby Citizens Association. The City of Burnaby currently lists Singh among its candidates for the Office of Councillor.

The successful candidates will serve four-year terms.
