Six new schools, 14 additions and three seismic replacements are opening across 16 B.C. communities this September.
Twenty-three projects opening
The Province says 23 new and improved schools will provide space for approximately 4,700 additional students in 16 communities.
Capital program update
Provincial figures say 250 major school-capital projects have been completed or are underway since 2017.
Communities receiving space
The projects span communities including Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, Maple Ridge and others across B.C.
